What form of payments do you accept?
For Cyprus domestic delivery, you may pay in cash upon delivery , please email firstname.lastname@example.org for this option. You may also pay via PayPal when placing an order on our website.
For Europe and International orders, we accept payments via PayPal.
Can I cancel an order without being charged?
If your order has not been processed, you may cancel it and receive a complete refund.
If your order has been already processed, cancellation is possible at a fee of 15 Euros which will be deducted from your refund value.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept cancellation.
To cancel an order , please email email@example.com, and we will inform you of the status of your order and cancellation possibility.
Can I customize the color or size of my item?
yes , customization is available generally free of charge. We do encourage all our customers to request their suitable style and measures.
In case of any additional cost that may be, we shall email you to confirm the amount prior to processing your order.
Please bear in mind that color customizations are subject to stock availability.
What if I am interested in an item that is already sold out?
If you are interested in an item that has already sold out, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of the availability and expected delivery time.
We do our very best to restock items as quickly as possible, however this depends on the availability of the required componants in stock.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
We are not responsible for stolen or lost items, nor can we be responsible in case you made a mistake in the address of delivery.
We do however encourage choosing the courier delivery with tracking option.
